Mr. Tracy was born in Lafayette, Indiana in 1948.
He and his wife, Linda, were married in 1969. They have two daughters: Gretchen, 51 and Heather, 48.
Three grandchildren: Dominic, Francesca, and Axel.
Mr. Tracy served two tours in Vietnam with the Marines: 1st Reconnaissance Bn., ’67-68, and 1st Military Police Bn., ’69-70.
He is a self-taught artist. He refers to his work as “Romantic Realism”.
